Something like this is very tempting, but don't do it. A very wise man I worked for a number of years ago had a motto that that applies here: at best, you get what you pay for. What he meant is that as a general rule, moderate solutions tend to give you moderate value and really cheap solutions are too often no value at all. Sure, bargains that give you great value for less money do exist but they are very rare.
If I were in your shoes I would spend the money for a known quality unit from a well-known vendor. Personally I would choose a Honda or Tohatsu for their reliability and longevity, but I would have to investigate parts availability before making my decision.
