Removing drips/runs under Brightside

I have just returned to my first dried coat of Bightside and there are some drips and runs from the primer layers underneath that weren't visible prior to painting the Brightside. What can I do to make those go away? Can they be toned down at all?

If they are in the underlying primer there's not much you can do besides refair and repaint. This is where the 'good prep' rule always bites you in the tush....

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat

I think you would have problems re-doing a small area. The edges won't blend well with brightsides. Operationalize the automobile 20/20 rule. If it looks good at 20 mph from 20 ft. away, don't worry about it.
