You can even make your own sheaves out of wood if you have the right tools and a good species of wood to start with.
Not surprisingly a marine ply that is laminated together is not a bad choice, nor is Teak or Ipe among others.

If you're really that fixated on OEM materièl, try posting here: Hisse Et Oh - Les annonces du nautisme
Tell them : "Cherche chariots de GV originaux pour Dufour Arpège 1972, ou réas pour ceux ci. Prix à débattre." and give your contact info. When they tell you what they'll take, don't forget it's Euros, and they'll want you to pay the airfreight as well.
Bon vent!

Thanks for the tips and leads... I would like to keep the hardware. It has functioned well for almost 40 years. The roller sheaves are just getting bunged up enough to wear my sheets faster than I'd like. How do the black delrin sheaves hold up in the UV? I'm in Florida. The wood idea appeals to me since the originals were made out of that Tuffnol/Tuffblox material.
