shoal keel leak reinell 1977

I have a 2 leaks coming from the keel. The source of the leak is coming from the center of the keel at the bottem. The small cracks are in the shape of a circle.


The water rings in the pictures are on the bottem of the outside of the keel. I filled the inside of the boat with water to find the leak and thats how the water came through.

How should I fix this?

May be either the toilet dump that was plugged or the sink dump or toilet feed, there are three holes and someone may have done a sloppy job plugging one or all of them... Just a hunch Dino
