Hunter 54, anybody know what the deck core material was?

CaptainForce is on a distinguished road
I don't have a definitive answer, but during the time that I was docked at a Hunter dealership in NE Florida (1981 to 2002) I purchased some of Hunter's deck core material to repair a section of soft core on my Morgan. This material was about 1 to 2 square inch tiles of balsa glued to a webbing material. I don't know what year they shifted to the composite from the balsa, but my guess is that it was balsa for all the eighties. Take care and joy, Aythya crew
