What you're describing sounds like a perforated toerail rather than a true 'genoa track'. If you're using this for a block for a jib sheet then usually a snapshackle is used to attach the block to the rail. There isn't an adjustable car available for that style.
Some boats use that 'toerail' for that purpose, but most add a flat-topped "T" track for - which there are adjustable cars available - at an appropriate location on the deck, often close to the cabin side for tighter sheeting angles. Whether this would be helpful to you would depend on the type of boat and rig.
A picture or two would be helpful for us to know just exactly what you're describing.
