Gunwale boarding ladder

I am looking for a ladder that I saw on another boat. It attaches to two brackets mounted on the genoa track on the caprail. These brackets can be moved along the caprail to allow repositioning or removing the ladder. The ladder folds down in place for use. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
