Restoring Achilles inflatable - coatings?

I have an 1987 Achilles 8ft 6" dinghy. It's not in bad shape but has some cosmetic issues : it's in various shades of red, from bright red to light pink, presumably due to sun exposure.

A couple of spots have started to separate - the reinforcement for the rowlocks, for example. Is there a glue/cement that works?

Has anyone experience of coatings? I can see single stage coatings, and a dual stage system from SRC.

I was shocked when I looked what a quality dinghy costs, so it's worth it to me to spend some time tidying up this one. It can also be done in the evenings at home, which is cool.
