Windlass Problem

I recently had my motor rebuilt on my Imtra Lofrans Kobra, 12V, 1000W windlass and now when I use it the 100 amp breaker pops after 10 -15 seconds of use. I tightened down the motor as much as possible but when the motor starts up in turns about 1/2 inch. Also, the speed is slower then normal. I called Imtra 4 times over the last 2 weeks and left a message with no return phone call. Has anybody had this problem?

ıf the number of wounds is less than the original the motor will request more amps, which means a lower voltage is needed. This might be due to the repairer.
