WASHING MACHINES

IS ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH A HAND OPERATED WASHING MACHINE. IT USE TO BE AVAILABLE IN THE LEHMAN CATALOG--HOLDS ABOUT FIVE lbs. OF CLOTHING AND LOOKS LIKE A SMALL CEMENT MIXER.
INTERESTED IN FINDING SOURCE?

WASHING MACHINES

I know this is of marginal help, however, I saw one of those machines in either the West Marine, Defender, or Boatus Catalogs. I will take a look tonight and let you know which one.

WASHING MACHINES

Shimshon,
We own a washing machine that resembles R2D2 from Star Wars fame. I''m not sure if it''s the same unit you''re referring to but it does hold a very small load of laundry. The laundry is loaded and VERY hot water added along with your detergent, then is hand cranked. It''s small, easily stowable, works and is especially nice if you don''t care for the white bucket and toilet plunger routine.

Best Regards,
Kathy
