Orange deck stain- Sunscreen??

I've been accusing my red foulies of causing an orange stain around the cockpit. But even now without foulies, I continue getting this orange looking stain that is very hard to remove. It is in areas where there would be contact with lathered up arms and legs, and I'm thinking it might be sunscreen. Changing the brand did not help much....
Anyone else having this issue?

Is someone using one of those sunscreens that is dark brown? There are ones called Dark Tanning Oil and so on. If so suggest switching to a white sport-type sunscreen.

Last month, my son and I spent the day washing and compounding the cockpit with the hopes of waxing afterward, but our efforts were thwarted by orange spots that kept reappearing. After much frustration, we performed a few experiments and discovered it was the sunscreen. Both types we used that day caused the same orange spots: Coppertone from a spray can and Banana Boat white cream. I’ve used these products before, but never noticed the staining so I am hoping that wax will prevent the issue. Someone suggested non-spray white Neutrogena which I will give a try.

Thanks for confirming what I figured for the culprit. We are also using the exact same sunscreen....

I'm sure glad SD isn't around to witness this major transgression of mine....

Seems the answer was already here, however Banana Boat faired better last time around.
Isn't there something about no bananas on boats??
