CNG availability - VA

Can anyone tell me where I can refill my CNG tank in the Richmond / Tidewater area? Starting to get low and will need a refill soon. Never had to refill since I bought the boat.
And before anyone asks, I do not want to convert my system to propane.

you will notice that the majority of the facilities shown in CNGnow are military/state/local/fleet and have no ability, nor will they fill tanks such as we use on the boat.

This is getting frustrating. All the websites show that VA. Natural Gas should be the one that can help me out. However getting in touch with someone to talk to ain't easy. 2 locations that are listed in VA. don't answer their phone. Not sure if the offices are even open. Phone just rings - no message, no "number not in service", just rings.
Finally talked to a guy in Atlanta who actually sounded like he knew something and gave me a name at the VA Beach office - waiting on her to return my call.

I went through the same thing when I had to get my tank fillied in VA. I ended up going to one of their facilities tank in hand, and they looked at me like I had a third eye growing out of my head. They gave me the cell phone number to one of their mobile techs. They guy told me to meet him by Harbor Park Stadium in Norfolk at one of their little remote sites. I waited aroud in my car, he showed up, pulled a bottle out of the shed, I payed him, and he was off. The whole thing felt a bit like a dug deal. Apparently they don't get many CNG tank requests.

In any case, here is the phone number to the office that gave me the tech's cell phone number. They may be able to help you.

This issue was why I ruled out a lot of otherwise nice boats when I was shopping. I didn't want the project of having to do the conversion and some searching didn't turn up a single convenient place to get CNG in the areas of VA or MD that I frequent.

That's one of the numbers that just rings and rings.

I haven't given up yet. Don't have much choice, but at least I only have to do this, at most, once a year.
