help restoring

We have had this boat for about three years and never done anything to it,
We dont know how to sail, so it hasnt been something we really wanted to spend time or money on it.
But now I have a little of both and want to get it looking good.

But i need help.
I attached some pictures.

A couple main things.

How hard is it to install a main haylard, it is missing completely?
Should I make the Haylard or buy one? I like to make things as much as I can, so if I can make one whats the best way?
What sound I use to finish the wood, its current varnish is peeling off?
Best way to strip the paint off?
How to restore the hull? There are no cracks or anything just flaking paint?

Also some of the wood on is delaminating and wondered if i should just try and glue that back togather or replace?

Thanks so much

For a boat like this, make and install your own halyard, very easy. Get rid of the varnish and use Cetol. Use any commercial paint stripper. For wood delamination, buy a bunch of glue clamps and glue the wood together with West epoxy thickened a tiny bit with wood flour.
