Honda 5HP outboard oil pressure

The Honda 5hp outboard that came with my Herrrshoff America is a 2002 model but was used only 10 hours. However it was last used about 6 years ago. I had it serviced by this spring by the Honda dealer but upon return I noticed the oil light did not light. I returned it to the service center and after checking the light and replacing the oil pressure switch, they said there was no oil pressure. They said they put a pressure on it. They suspect the screen and/or oil pump is faulty but this requires a full disassembly. Does anyone have any suggestion before I go ahead with a disassemble? Thanks for your comments and help.
