Lewmar Port Light Hinges

Hi all and need some help:

I have 4 Lewmar Standard Portlight 5's in my Hunter 44. I need to replace several hinges on these portlights and am having trouble identifying the part numbers. Has anyone ordered the replacement hinges from Lewmar and if so could you please provide the Lewmar part number so I may do so?

contact select plastics in Norwalk, ct. They replaced all my Lewmar hatches and portlights this past winter. I purchasses hinge rebuild kits from them also.
