Looking for a part

I have a 1979 C&C 30 and I'm looking for a section of rub rail. I understand that C&C used the rub rail as part of the bonding between the deck and the hull. I have checked several different places, and emailed C&C for a supplier without any luck. I have asked the forum many question in the past with great success, I only hope that you people will come through again.

I will bet you will get an answer if you call. Businesses can get thousands of spam emails per day. Even if didn't get lost in the spam filter itself, which only takes the use of a word that can have both an innocent and vulgar meaning, emails are typically dealt with last. That will change, but hasn't yet.

I've heard they are not too hot with e-mails.
If you don't get a response I'd second giving them a call.

I have bought many of the parts for my C&C from South Shore Yachts including stancions, toerails etc. They have a C&C racing Association in the marinas nearby also and the factory where many C&C older were built is nearby.
