Inflatable Dinghy "What is it?" Riddle

When I bought my boat, it came with a little Aquadutch inflatable. I like the dink, but it is leaking, so today I spent some time with a spray bottle and some soap trying to find the leak. We found two, and one of them is coming out the side of the little fitting pictured below. Anybody know what this is? I've searched for various valves and replacement parts, and so far have not seen anything that looks like this. I think it is a pressure relief valve, but it is the only fitting like this in the whole boat (which seems odd). I suspect I need some sort of special wrench to loosen this thing, but it would be useful to know what it is first.

Oh, and while your at it, extra credit if someone can tell me if this is hypalon or pvc. I know this model comes in both.

Thanks in advance!

Plumbean

Okay, so I've now confirmed this is a pressure relief valve, but I can't seem to find one on the web that looks anything like this, and there are no markings on the valve to indicate the manufacturer. Anyone seen one of these before?

The inflation valves in the dinghy are made by Halkey Roberts, but if they made this pressure relief valve, they don't any more. I'll try emailing Aquadutch, but their website is not in English, so any help here would be great. At a minimum, I think I need to locate a spanner that can take this thing off, although I suppose if I just commit to replacing it I could take a vice grips to it. Would rather not do that.

Thx.

Awww crap. Never mind. After spending some time pretending to understand Dutch on the Aquadutch website I found a clue that eventually led me to Ceredi, the company that makes this valve. Link here: CEREDI | Fabbrica Accessori Nautici - Nautical Accessories Factory

Looks like that thing that I thought took a spanner actually is just a cap that pops off to reveal the valve underneath, which looks like it takes a more typical valve spanner. Thanks for allowing me to think out loud here ...
