Rutland mini 503 mounted on flag halyard?

I just noticed rutland makes this small turbine and was contemplating trying to mount one on my flag halyard. It only weighs 12 pounds so the weight would not be prohibitive. Perhaps the forces on it would be far too high in a blow and the thing would have to be pole mounted like other wind generators?

I have seen a wind generator raised by a spare halyard, just behind the jib, and tied off to either side for stability. Of course this would only be effective on anchor as you would want to keep the bow to wind. Not a bad idea as a temporary mount but would not be feasible under way.
