Autohelm ST3000-broken clutch

Hi,

Does anyone have a source for parts for an ST3000 wheel pilot? The eccentric clutch lever that tensions the drive belt has broken.

Its a plastic part. I will try to glue it but do not think that will work.

Any suggestions on the right glue to use?

It seems a shame that a whole unit is unusable due to a small part.
