1974 Columbia 23T mast

Hi all, true newbie here with a new to me sailboat. I picked up a 1974 Columbia 23T for a heck of a deal, but it didn't come with a mast. It came with the boom and sails that seem to be in good condition, but no mast or rigging. I've been searching online and I have come up pretty much dry on trying to find a mast. Does anyone know where I can get a mast for this boat and about how much it would cost? I have a few months till I'm able to get a mast, have to go take some lessons before trying to go sailing by myself.

Hi and welcome to SN. You might can find specs to the mast on this site... Columbia T-23 Specifications If not you could search some sites online such as sailboatlistings and find someone who is selling a Columbia 23T and ask them if they can take a measurement of the mast for you.

Although I never ordered from JSI I am sure others have, they can build a custom mast for your boat... Sailboat masts for every size boat

Another option is you may can find someone selling a used mast, I would think anything for a 22ft to 24ft boat might work.

Hope this helps!
