Where is Winch Access???? (Catalina 38)

Where the F*%! is the port-side primary winch access on a 1983 S&S catalina 38? Trying to swap out the Lewmar 48 3-speeds for new self tailers... easier said than done apparently. Can't figure out where to access the bolts? Galley = no... cockpit combing lazaret = no... cockpit lazaret = no. ?????? Any ideas?
