Maintenance diffiulty/price for Oday 272?

I'm looking at an O'day 272, which I found listed online. I haven't seen it yet, but have talked to the owner over the phone, and it sounds like it's in fairly good shape. But like every boat, it does have a few things that need attention. I'm pretty good at fixing things myself, though so far my work has been primarily fiberglass work on daysailers. I'd like to hear comments about how difficult/expensive it might be to fix the following problems:

1) The mast lights don't work. Owner claims the wire has been kicked/damaged where it comes out of the mast and connects to the deck. If this is a simple wire splice or connector replacement, it shouldn't be too difficult, I assume?

2) The sink pump doesn't work. The wife figures if it has a sink, it ought to work, so I'd like to replace it. But quick search for "boat sink pump" results in lots of pages about why boats sink, which isn't exactly what I'm looking for. Any pointers to where I could find a decent (cheap) sink pump? (I assume it shouldn't be too difficult to swap out?)

3) The head currently drains directly overboard. I'd rather keep the head than replace it with a port-a-potty. But that would require installing a holding tank. Does anyone know how feasible that would be? It could be a small tank, as it would mainly be used for single over-nighters, before pumping it out at the club.

Thanks for your help!

One man's opinion ( i have done all three)

1) - easy
2) - easy
3) - not rocket science - by Peggy Hall's book on Heads

Concurr with rikhall. If that is all that is wrong, it is indeed in good shape. To my knowledge 3 is mandatory, otherwise subject to fines if boarded by authorities. I just looked up tanks for my boat. Poly holding tank is ~$200.
