Thumbs up Wheel moved!!

Moving the wheel forward was a lot of work. It certainly didn't go exactly as I planned, but then what would. I'm very pleased that it works very well.

Moving the Helm Forward

For details see the 3 short vids on this page.

Any and all comments and suggestion are welcome.

If I repair or assemble something and it works by even the third try, I consider it a success. I think you should be proud.

Did I miss the reason you wanted to move the helm?

1. The wheel was so close to the boom block I couldn't turn around and get at it in a hurry when it really counted.

2. I was having to climb around the wheel to get the jib winches, now I just reach to the side and they're right there.

Thanks!! I'm always a little surprised when these things go so well....but I'm a good drafter and the extra time drawing things out really makes the difference.
