Duke; Is the electrical continuity of the buss bar intact? Are all connections clean and tight? Just went through the old loose connection gig myself. Regards, George

Definitely loose or corroded connections - either at the bus bar or between it and wherever you are measuring for voltage (load); unless there is a fuse hidden somewhere in the circuit(s).
Itís almost always the connections and/or terminations (splices, terminals, fuseholders, etc).
Regards,
Gord
