Thanks sailing fool, so you are recommending to wet on (no fillers) 3-5 layers of West then add the filler compound to fill in remaining voids. Then do one final wet layer?
By now I think you understand why I made the following comment in my reply to you.
I chose three coats of epoxy resin followed by two coats of InterProtect. This was mainly due to some rather widespread disagreement as to what was best at that time. I think now that I would use just Interprotect.
Seems like nothing has changed!
