Looking for Info on 91/2 ft Chaser sailboat

Can anyone help me find info on this boat? Have sail, dagger board and rudder, but no boom or mast. Need help on rigging. What vintage might it be and who is the maker? Thanks. Hope someone can help as I have searched the net and libraries to no avail.
