I need a new set of socket, allen, and adjustable wrenches. Any suggestions on a brand that will hold-up to the marine environment?

how about craftsman they are gauranteed, and they replace them no questions asked. or you could buy s&k,snapon,or any other brand. The ball type allens are really handy I still have a set of true forge wrenches in great shape from 40 years ago I clean them after every use and put them away in a cloth packet

Any reputable brand would do.
Just boil them often in very hot water to establish a ferrous oxide (blue) coat. Alternative is to periodically dip them in any phosphoric acid containing mix: Oshpo, Naval Jelly, etc.
When putting them away ''spritz'' them with Boeshield (my preference), WD40, lightweight oil, etc.
