Valsat MLR GPS manual?

I recently bought a boat that has a Valsat 2008 MLR GPS on board. Unfortunately the manual is only in French and my French is, shall we say - nonexistent -).
I cannot figure the thing out.

Hi, I have managed to resolve a similar issue in the UK by contacting mantsbrite (www.mantsbrite.com) who are supporting (I think) MLR's products.
