That looks like a stock, cast base. You should be able to find a very close, if not exact replacement at consignment shops, chandleries etc.
It is just about the weakest style of base though, so unless your others are in very nice condition, I'd replace them all with something nicer - S/S with 4 holes and a brace etc.
P.S. Forget about trying to repair it - can't be done. You might stick it back together but it won't be safe.
