Water in fuel tank

I had water in the fuel tank due a faulty o-ring. I pumped dry the fuel tank, but I can still hear a little liquid in the tank. I heard that there is a liquid I can pour into the diesel tank that will get rid of any remaining water. Does anyone know what this liquid is? Any other ideas? I want to make sure the tank is clean of water before I add more fuel.

Thanks,
Kim
