another Dupont Imron question...

The hull of my ship is painted in a two-part polyurethane paint by Dupont.
It is one of the "Imron" range.
It has the colour code 63203.
The activator had the label "250S" on it but it has been discontinued in the UK.
I cannot even get the colour anymore for touch-up and that really puzzles me. I know that the colour is a mixture of three (or so) colour fractions as I witnesed them mixing it myself. So why can't they mix it for me in the same fractions today?
Is it available anywhere else?
