Anyone know a good source for airex, nomex or any of the other structural foam type sheets?

I've always wondered if the foam insulation boards at building supply stores would work for this application. Never got around to testing it.

totally different, structural foam is much stiffer and has high sheer strength, the home depot stuff is soft and would just rip apart in sheer.
