Does anyone know how to remove chewing gum from the anti skid on our top deck?

Seems to me I've seen a product for removing gum from sidewalks that freezes it. Sorry, don't have a name.

As Corvette said, Goo Gone (which I think uses citrus oil) should do it. So would paint thinner.
