Remove oll stain from bilge exit port

How can I remove this stain from the fiberglass?

try 1000 grit wet sand paper followed by a quick polish, worked on my transome

toilet bowl cleaner, removes the stain without sanding or polishing. squart on rinse, rinse, rinse off.
