Question Where do you go for a solar, motion detector?

Figured I would go to the vast knowledge lurking here for something on my wish list. Boats on our marina's mooring field seem to suffer from osprey's working overtime to construct nests on boat's cabin tops, dodgers and biminis. Along with the pile of tree branches that could make a good size bonfire, they leave their digested fish meals painting these boats. I think you get the picture...

My vessel will be going out to her mooring ball and to put it mildly, I am worried. In my minds eye, a solar powered, motion activated recording of a barking dog would be perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Osprey start to drop in to check out Tango's canvas and would be met by a fierce, barking so they head for the trees. No harm, no foul, if you know what I mean.

Does anyone know where I could find this sort of item? Maybe you made something like this or one of your marina mates has employed something like this???

Yes, I see the typical owls, wind chimes from CD's, a web of fishing line woven over the vessel. I would really like to avoid a mess of stuff I need to remove and re-rig each time I come to enjoy my boat. We are clever people who love to problem solve. I have noodled out what I think could work but the application of it is beyond me.

Thanks for any thoughts shared.
