Replacement Cushions

Hello Everyone

Do you know of a supplier or web site where I can just tell them what boat I have and they will make me some new cushions?

Want some for the outside cockpit bench.

There are two companies I know of that do this: C Cushions and Bottom Siders. Their websites are exactly what you think they are: ccushions.com and bottomsiders.com.

Nice thing is they can make them without the dent where your wallet used to be

You could also check some local upholstery shops in your area.

We did that, and were able to select from a huge selection of fabrics that we could see and FEEL, choose the exact type of foam we wanted and they were more custom fit to our purposes. There were some odd sections that required some custom shaping to smooth out. They went down to the boat, made patterns, took the new cushions down to the boat to check the fit, and made some final tweaks so everything fit perfect. The new cushions absolutely transformed the interior of the boat!

Maybe they cost a bit more, but the money went into our local economy, and we got exactly what we wanted.

Or you could order online and save a few bucks having them made in Bangladesh or somewhere! Hopefully they fit, and you get the fabric you wanted, because if not...

bottom siders are the best. they are very durable and do not take on water. They spray them with a coating that is completely water proof and your butt does not get sore sitting on them for long periods of time. I have had mine for 7 years and they still look new, with a lot of use, make a construction paper pattern and mail it to them. They are very nice to work with.

Using a stone age address convention, bottomsiders has the unusual feature of requiring www.bottomsiders.com, rather than just bottomsiders.com. They should fix that, in my opinion.
