Winterizing

JeffH mentioned on another string that he added Y valves to his engine to make it easier to winterize. I would love to hear more about this from anyone knowledgable on the subject.

It is real simple. On the inlet hose for your fresh water. Add a y valve with a small pice of hose. When you tern the valve so that the engine sucks from the small pice of hose you put the hose in a bucket with RV antifreaze in it an suck up a littal, mabe a half galon. and you are done winterizing. If you install a vetuse strainer you can just shut off your see calk and fill the strainer. Then re start the engine. it is real simple.
