Peeling the bottom

Anyone have a estimate for the time it takes to peel the boat bottom? Assume one pass of a hand peeler without removal of the thu hulls. It's a 37 foot Tayana with a 32 foot waterline. 5'8" draft, full keel with cutaway forefoot.

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat
