size rec. for washdown pump

I am planning on installing a washdown pump with 3/4" heavy duty water hose mounted approximately 10'' from the thruhull, but still at approximate water level. From there, it will ascend up to the anchor locker with a distance of approximately another 10 feet. I see Shurflo has a washdown kit available. That pump is a 3.5gpm pump. Will this be sufficient?
