Cleaning my PVC RIB

We bought an Aquapro RIB a few years ago, and I have been doing my best to keep it looking good. I keep a cover on it whenever it is stored. Unfortunately in our rather damp climate it seems to have become mildew stained and grimy looking. Does anybody have any suggestions about what to use on it to clean it to it's original glory?
