Compact water filtration recommendation?

I'm installing a new fresh-water system on my CS27, and would really like to put a in-line filter after the pump to improve the drinking water taste from the galley and head sinks. Primary use of the boat is day sails, soon to be weekend cruising with a week-long cruise maybe once a year. All sailing is in fresh water.

Any recommendations for an economical, well built, and compact filter would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Chris

I use a Pentek EP5 cartidge in a Pentek housing. Together they cost less than 25$ from Filtersfast.com. I'm happy with it, removes the metal and chlorine tastes.
