Need Bristol 27 outhaul

I need a Bristol 27 outhaul and cannot find one. Any suggestions?

You should be able to rig one with a block or two. I have a problem with lack of space between the cringle and the end of the boom on my B27, o/w shouldn't need any special equipment.
