Barient Winches

I recently purchased a 1986, 32'' Ericson. It has Barient winches and I have taken them apart for a badly needed cleaning. I would like to get manuals or even exploded views of the winches with part numbers if possible. Does anyone have available, or know where I could get this. Models I have are 17, 22 and 24.

I think Lewmar bought Barient. You might wabt to search the web as you should find what you are looking for in addition to sources for spare parts.

Barient Winches

Check out http://www.arco-winches.com/ for parts.
Check out this Ericson web page. Go to "specs and docs" for exploded view of several Barient Winches. They are pretty much the same in a given size so the exploded view can be cross utilized. http://www.ericsonyachts.com/mainframe.htm

Fairwinds,

Jim

Re: Barient Winches

I am trying to find a parts breakdown for the Barient 21-30. Hutton-Arco doesn't have one on their site. I don't suppose anyone would have such a beast?

Re: Barient Winches

Thank PaulinVictoria. I have seen that site but the 21-30 is a different config and is not there. However, Hutton Arco have come through and have sent me the parts breakdown.

First time trying but I think I have attached the image.
