Opening port seal replacement

My Pearson 30 has one of those older, generic opening windows in the head. It's oval, and aluminum. There is a seal in a channel in the opening part of the window that is worn out.

Any idea where I could get a replacement?

My bronze Perkos had the same problem. Defender carries the Perko gaskets, which are t-section, and fit into a square section groove.

Dude, many thanks. I'd given up hope that anyone would respond.
