Alado roller furler

New to Sailnet, new to sailing. Have a Pearson 26 and want to install the Alado roller furler. The system is nice and the service they have given has been excellent. We have however run into a problem. The video that shows how to install the system is silent and shows how to attach the new halyard. We cannot figure out how to tension the halyard after the jib is raised. Has anyone else seen this video and if so can you explain it?
