Rudder bearing lubrication

Ok - rookie question. What kind of grease should I use to lubricate the rudder bearings? There''s a gland in the cockpit - do I just start stuffing it full of grease?

Rudder bearing lubrication

You could lubricate your Rudder-Bearing with:
~ Water-Pump Gease (Lithium)
~ Lithium 12-hydroxy stearate grease - Lubriplate 115
~ Boat trailer bearing grease - Citgo, Supergard Marine Plus Grease - High Performance
~Teflon or Silicone Grease

BUT NOT Graphite (possible electrolytic incompatabilities)
