anti-fouling

I have a 28 ft. sailboat
I am leaving for Bahamas and south islands soon
I will need to haul out and put new layers of anti-fouling
any suggestions?
I have been offered 1 gallon of interlux micron csc - blue for 220$
is it a good product? is it a good price?
what about the copper coat?
any one with a good idea of good anti - fouling that is good for the tropics and good/less bad for the environment
