Ritchi Globemaster SP5 broken??
 
I was working on my pedestal today and failed miserably allowing my Ritchie Globemaster SP5 pedestal compass to fall on deck so the clear plastic dome is cracked and antifreeze liquid leaked out. Am I screwed and need to buy the whole binnacle or Ritchie still sells parts for this old compass model (my boat is 1986 Freedom and the Edson pedestal including the compass are original)...

Don't know where your located, but J. Gordon & Company in Annapolis can repair it. Had them rebuild my Richie Globemaster a few years ago and they did a great job.

I second Solare...Had my ritchie repaired there also, You can also get speare parts or canabalise an older used one from Bacons. I thought the fluid was mineral oil not antifreeze?
