anyone have experience with Binhai inflatables?

I just discovered a company trying to unload some pretty cheap chinese inflatable boats made by Qingdao Binhai Marina Co. They have a 8' model for $600 and a 9' model for $700, though I suspect they'll go lower. These are PVC boats with aluminum floors (it's unclear if the floor is the hull, but I suspect not). Does anyone know anything about them? Do you think it's worth the risk at that price? I've been in the market for a cheap, ideally used but good quality, dinghy for use with my 8hp outboard, but I haven't been able to find any.
