Tiller extension

I'm having electrical problems on my boat and while it is working well I can't use a drill on my boat. I'd like to install a tiller extension. Are there any tiller extensions that do not requirenpre drilled holes or do i need to remove the tiller, install the extension on shore, then replace the tiller?

Thanks!

Re: Tiller extension

You can't even use a cordless drill or a manual drill? The holes required should be quite small.

Buy yourself one of these

The Spinlock extensions look like they might just screw into place, but you're still going to want a pilot hole. https://www.spinlock.co.uk/en-US/til...c23102d826437c
